Why Have I Had Pain In My Upper And Lower Abdomen For Over Four Days Along With Some Nausea And Breahtlessness?

Hello I have had pain in my upper and lower abdominal for the past four days, I have had some shortness of breath Nausea no vomiting. I have not had a normal bowl movement since sunday morning, only way i have one is if i take a laxative, and the bowl movement is watery. pain moves around and feels like constant pressure, with sharp shooting pain. I am hopeing its just flu or virus, but colon cancer runs in my family, 32 year old male.
