General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Fertomid 50 mg is consisting of Clomiphene citrate, a known molecule of selective estrogen receptor modulator ( SERM ) family.

The molecule helps in treating infertility issues to conceive via its hormone actions.

When it is started for first time, it takes around a cycle time period to maintain pace with the menstrual pattern and underlying hormone level alteration is the only reason for not having menses this time and not the pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
