Why Have I Missed My Periods From Past One Month?

hello doctor,i have question for you is that i had unprotected sex i am 28 years old female it was abt a month ago.now ,the problem is i did not have periods am month ago.is it shows pregnancy?if yes then what should i do now?is there any medication to remove?please help me out.
