Why Having Abnormal Period With Pain After Having Duromine?

Morning dr,,,,,,, I just started useing duromine 2days back,,,,last month I never got ma period,,,bt yesterday I got ma period bt its abnormal period pain!!!!! So nw I dnt knw coz I also never tested for pragancy befor I started the corse!!!!!!! Very afraid

There is no cause of concern.
Lying in prone position and antispasmodic like hyoscine butyl bromide may help .
