Why Having Brown Discharge From Vagina After A Brisk Walk?
I ve already asked a Dr. about this. He said it was nothing to worry about but I wonder why it happens. The problem I have is, I have brown liquid coming out of my vagina about the size of a teasp. or Tablespoon size after a brisk walk. It may happen 2-3 times a week. What is it.

Brown discharge is nothing to worry, it is old blood. Fresh blood will be reddish in color.
It can be a sign of PCOS, PID, implantation bleeding, perimenopause, rough sexual intercourse or hormonal imbalance.
If you get a recurrent episode of brown discharge associated with fever & pain then you need to be investigated.
In the meantime, take care of your hygiene & avoid rough sex & heavy work.
