Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the infection of the internal, and middle, ear, along with the sinusitis, and eosinofelia.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I.and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, phenylephrine, citrizine, di ethyl carbamazine citrate, and diclofenac.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
