Why Having Feeling Of Pulling Towards Leg In Right Testicle?

Hi For about a week my right testicle feels like it is pulling towards my leg, the sourness shifts from right to left and goes away. I did not feel a bump on the testicle and the pain is min, feels at times like it is tugging toward the right leg. I work out but never experienced this type of feeling. Not sure if I have a groin pull or not. Planning to stop into my doctors this week.

This type of pain can be due to
a. Muscle pull in the groin
b. Initial stages of hernia
c. Blunt injury without notice to genitals etc
So, it is better that you visit a doctor for examination.
