Why Having Fluttering Behind Nipple, Tingling In Fingers And Heaviness In Arm?

hi there, I am 38 years old, healthy, I go to gym 4 times a week, eat a vegetarian diet, don't smoke, I've been experiencing a fluttering feeling behind my left nipple for 2 days, slight tingling im my left fingers and a heaviness in my arm, should I be worried?

Hi,

First thing you need to do is an ultrasound examination of both breasts to rule out any organic cause. Analgesics may be required.
