Why Having High PPBS When FBS And Hb1ac Is Normal? Started Taking Euglim After Breakfast

My PPBS was 187.6 while my FBS was 98.9 and Hb1ac was 6.2 on the same day. What is the reason for PPBS being relatively high when the others are normal?
I was taking Euglim 1 mg after dinner, but now my doctor has changed it to after b'fast.
I am 75 years old and a post CABG (12 yrs ago) person with a normal BP and blood serum readings. Height 5' 10" and weight 185 lb. Health is otherwise normal for my age.

Hello,

Taking into consideration of your age your blood sugar values are well under control. It is desirable to maintain PPBS below 160 mg/dl.
I would advice my patient to take Voglibose 0.3 mg with meal to take care of the PPBS value.
