Why Having Pain In Chest And Arm After Stopping Smoking?

I stoped smoking last week. I never smoked a lot 2or5 a day. Now I keep having pain on the left side of my chest and in my left arm. It has been three days. The pain isn't bad but it wories me all the same. It feels like a light shock for a split seccond. I am 33 M 170lbs and ride my bike 50-70 miles a week.
