General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Any injuries or inflammation of the shoulder can cause pain the armpit as well. Continue the treatment suggested for restoring shoulder function and pain management. The armpit pain will eventually subside.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
