Why Having Stiff Neck, Dull Headache Along With Warm Forehead?

dull headache so im 18, extremely stressed out & i dont take any medications. lately ive been having an extreme stiff neck, & also dull headache pain sitting ontop of my eyes, i feel some relief when i apply pressure to the area around my nose and eyes, also when i put on my glasses for nearsightedness.. i feel slighty warm when i feel my forehead. & i feel really fatigued. i could sleep all day. is this due to stress or a virus/cold? also no nasal drip or sneezing nor sore throat, although i did feel my glands enlarge about a day or two ago but no drainage.
