Why Having Sudden Pain In Chest While Breathing After Eating Kidney Beans?

AFTER EATING A SMALL DISH OF CHILI (WITH KIDNEY BEANS), I GOT SUDDEN ACHING PAIN ON THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE OF MY CHEST, ESP. WHERE MY ARM AND CHEST MEET. SOMETIMES THERE IS STABBING PAIN, ESP. WHEN I TAKE A DEEP BREATH. IT SOMTIMES GOES INTO MY NECK & JAW BRIEFLY, OR AROUNG TO MY BACK. I'VE HAD IT ABOUT 17 HRS NOW. I DRANK COKE AND LATER GINGER ALE, AND TOOK 2 GAS-X TABLETS (ALL AT VARYING TIMES), BUT CAN'T GET ANY RELIEF. I'M A 59 YR OLD FEMALE, IN GOOD SHAPE (I EXERCISE AND LEAD A FAIRLY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE). IS IT GAS, OR SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS?

I completely understand your problem
your history seems more like a muscle pull or some injury. in my opinion it has nothing to do with kidney beans . gastritis pain does not affect right upper chest. if you r running fever along with you should get a chest xray done and consult a pulmonologist .
this type o chest pain can occur in angina which gets radiated to neck or jaw or shoulder s well. so for that u need to get an ecg.
next thing is the pain Is catchy that means it happens on deep inspiration and feels like stabbing or a needle prick
all these diagnosis can be clearly diagnosed by a pulmonologist with a routine chest xray and ecg
