Why Home Pregnancy Kit Showing Positive Result When Having Bleeding After Taking Gestapro?

I took Gestapro under medical supervision 10 days ago. I had normal bleeding for all these days and is continuing still. For my curiosity, I tried home pregnancy kit in the morning, still it shows two lines , meaning positiive. Does it mean that Gestapro failed? What shoud I do

Hi. Sometimes, this medicine fails and pregnancy continues as such. bleeding can continue upto 16 days or so, but you will have to confirm by pelvic scan, whether it is incomplete or ectopic pregnancy. Since it is already 10 days now, so after scan you can discuss with your dr. and get surgical abortion done.
