Why I Am Not Able To Control Urination After Sexual Intercourse?

I have recently had intercourse, and everything felt normal. afterwards i noticed that i was urinating more frequently, and couldn't control it or hold it in. When i urinate now, my body tingles, almost like im having an orgasm, and there is spotting and blood when i wipe. im really nervous, whats wrong with me?

Hi,

I think that you might be suffering from urinary tract infection so I will suggest you have a course of urinary tract alkalizing syrups for 10 days. Also, tablet Drotaverine for cramping pain and drink a lot of water. Also, antibiotics will be required after a urine culture report is done.
