Why I Am Not Getting My Periods For 2 Months?

Hi. Im 20 years old. i havent had a period for 2 months. i had really light spotting for 2 weeks. about a week ago is when it ended. i have taken several HPTs and they have all been negative. ihavent been streesed out or anything that i would think would mess it up. c
