Why I Am Not Getting My Periods On Time?

Hi i was wondering if you could help me whats up is that i went on the injection in November 2010 and i was supposed to go back on febuary 2011 and i haven't a period since and it makes me really emotional and scared because me and my partner want to try for a baby i keep on taking pregnancy tests but their all coming out negative
