Why I Cant Hear After Coming Back From Swimming?

I went swimming two weeks ago and ever since then I cannot hear well in both my ears. There is no pain. I have tried a lot of wax buildup drops to help clean the ear, I have also tried a swimmers ear ointment that removes water, but still no luck. Could it be something more serious?
