Why I Feel Always Worried And Feeling Like Hearth Attack?

I am very low at the moment and are always feeling ill. I am always worrying i am having a heart attack or it may be a panic attack. I am 49year old female abit overweight. i also have fibromyalgia and suffered from stress years ago but not for a long time now. went to my gp my blood pressure was normal and also blood test normal. doing excercise everyday. feel scared to leave house as last time i left i had a strange turn where i went dizzy,shaky and cold feeling through my body and felt very tired after. I also have a bad neck problem.

I think, due to stress, you have somatic symptoms. In that case, you need some antidepressant like duloxetine. It has very good effect on somatic symptoms. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. That would keep you calm or relax. Rest, you can consult your psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
