Why Is Antinal And Streptoquin Prescribed With Pharaohs Revenge?

Hello, I returned yesterday from a week in Egypt and whilst there, suffered with a slight bout of 'pharohs revenge', the local chemist sold me some antinal and streptoquin which I took all of Wednesday and Thursday of last week, I am curious as to what it was given for generally and wondered if you could help please?
