Why Is Augmetin IV And Netilmycin IV Given With High Fever And WBC?

i was admited in hospital and i had complains of high grade pyrexia and wheezing and wbc of 14700, i had a high bp and high pulse rate, i was given augmetin IV,netilmycin IV, metronidazole iv,and targocid Iv,can you please explain me why i was given so many drugs
