Why Is A B Torch Test Done?

hi, iam 39 year male and wife age is 36. I got baby girl in 2001. after such a long period recently my wife got pregnant in Sep2013 and on 20 Dec13 she got miscarriage. My doctor asked me to have a B Torch test. What is the test about and how it is useful. please advise.

Hi,

Torch test means T for toxoplasmosis, R for rubella cytomegalo virus and H for herpesabortions. For the treatment of these active infections, doctor advised this test.
