Why Is Baby Crying Constantly?

hello doctor! my baby is one month and seven days old. my baby is crying constantly for two hours(2.00 a.m.-4.00a.m.). past four days. I don t know whether it is a colic or not?? I give grapewater after drinking grapewater also my baby cry more than two hours sometimes.what can I do???
