Hi Doctor
I am pregnant and 4th month has started on 30th September. I had gone through NT test and it is normal. Today I had gone through Dual test. and waiting for its report. Please let me know if I had gone though NT test, is there are any chance that there may be something wrong in Dual test.

nt test only detects the down's syndrome. while dual test detects down,s trisomy 18 and trisomy 21. this is the additional advantage of this test. this test is usually carried out after the nt test because if nt test detects any abnormality than there is not need to go for it. dual test is done for two markers fetal beta HCG and PAPP-A (Pregnancy Associated Plasma Protein) both are done to detect above mention thing.
