Why Is It Hurting Whenever I Stand Up?

Hi I'm 16 years old and it only hurts whenever I stand up and I don't feel anything different I dont think it started after I took a
Shower and dried off i might've pushed too hard with the towel accidentally it's been going on for about 3 hours it only hurts when I stand up
