Why Is Menstruation Delayed After Of HSG Procedure?

I had hsg on 5th march and i was supposed to have periods on my normal date on 27th march but up to today its 6th day above my periodsi didnt get periods... i did urine test today but its negative..... what should i do? why i have not got periods if urine test is negative?
