Why Is My 13 Year Old Daughter Not Able To Sleep At Night ?
hi my daughter is 13 years when ever she wants to sleep at 9pm she tells me i cant sleep and keep asking me every day what if i couldnt sleep at night ,what should i tell her thanks

hello marian... i guess 9 pm is too early these days for a 13 year old .. coz lot of actiivty n noises are going aorund at that time... but even if she want to sleep at that time she has to make her selp habituated to it.. avoid her to sleep in the afternoon.. let her read a book or listen to music whic ever she prefers while sleeping.. n remenbe it need practice.. god bless..
