my baby has some blood on her diapers. i think it comes thruogh urine,she is just 3 months old .please tell me what is this and how to treat this thing?

Blood in the diaper..it is not essential that it comes from urine. if the baby is crying and rise of body temperature then consult doctor ASAP.
