Why Is My Child Squinting His Eyes?

Hi my son is 4 and i just picked him up from his nursery and the teacher said he was very solemn today and kept squinting at times, 2 days in a row now and my husband once I explained to him also noticed this yesterday. This is just when he is walking around not when watching tv or a puzzle. It's like he scrunched his eyes up and blinks for only about 2 seconds. What could this be I am worrying. Thank you

This may be blepharospasm,ticks. It will go by its own. it is better to get him examined by eye doctor for examination and advise.
