Why Is My Elbow Pain Lingering After Months Of Rest, And Could It Be Something Other Than Biceps Tendonitis?

hello there i have had mild elbow issues for months now. I am a D1 tennis athlete and played thru this issue however I was in an accident that caused me to be bed ridden for 3.5 months now that I am starting to move around again I still feel lingering pain at the bottom of my elbow. I thought surely after resting for months and months on end this pain would have subsided. The only things I did in these 3 months to potentially aggravate my arm were grabbing things and occasionally masturbate. I have been to two physical therapists for this issue and none of gotten rid of it. My symptoms are bottom of elbow pain with an aching sensation that I occasionally feel in my shoulder. I was diagnosed with bicep tendonitis intially but believe this might be incorrect because after resting for so long surely it has to have gone away.
