My boyfriend has been feeling very light headed for a few hours. His arms and legs are very shaky and he's also having occasional blurred vision. He's eaten today and kept up on his fluids and got enough sleep last night. We can't figure out what could be wrong

His blood hemogram specially hemoglobin is to be seen. BP is to be measured. Refraction is to be done. this may be happening due to transient hypoxia.With all theinivestigation the reason may be diagnosed. anxiety neurosis is also another important cause.
