Hi, my bf is experiencing syomach & adominal pains, lower back pains, pennis & balls hurt, anus hurts, trouble getting hard. He doesnt wanna move cause its that painful & this all occured after we had sex. What could be the cause & how can we make it stop for now until can see a doctor

I appreciate your concern for your boyfriend.
Looking at your description this might be related to inflammation due to infection or injury during sex

In my opinion you should ask him to have plenty of fluids with glucose water and fruits juices if he is not diabetic.

You can also give him ibuprofen with pantoprazole for symptomatic relief
Ask him to take rest until he recovers fully
