Today i was running with my dog and my heart started to pound rapidly. i could see my shirt vibrating with the pumping of my heart. I stopped running and walked. but it was still beating faster and harder then ever, it also felt as though it was skipping a beat. I knelled on the ground and tried breathing a tad slower. It didn t not work and i waited two minutes till the harsh beating came to an abrupt halt, and my heart began beating normally. I have had very fast heart beats before like this and they happen sometimes even when I m not running or anything like that. I have been hospitalized for being under weight and they told me i was having palpation s due to severe anxiety that i had. But for some reason it just did not feel like that at all.
