Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms seem to be caused by anxiety.

Anyway, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a routine check up:

- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes.

An ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring would help examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged time.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best wishes,

Dr. Iliri
