Why Is My Heart Sore After Having Palpitations?

About a week ago, I ran into the emergency room near by because I THOUGHT I was haveing a heart attack. Turns out the doctor said it was "Heart Palliftations" Because I had taken in to much caffine PLUS I dip snuff. So I went home and everything was fine the next day. Problem is my heart kinda feels "sore" . I mean If I turn my body a certain way It kinda feels sore like any other muscel.
