i got treated for heel spur five years ago my doctor gave me a cortizone injection and it lasted for five years now its paining again i heard a medical doctor said its a calcium buildup so i will have to take some calcuim tablets to break down the calcuim fats in my heel i do not know the name of the tablets to take can you help me with this question please
