Why Is My Husbands Nose Bleeding?
my husband's nose is slightly edematous on the left nare and after showering his left nare was bleeding but blood was also coming out a pore on the left side of his nose. Took a couple minutes of pressure to stop it. He has had no trauma to the nose. No pain.

This is likely an infection either inside his nare or maybe also on the outside and he'll need a course of antibiotics for it. He needs to see a doctor about it as soon as possible.
