Why Is My Inner Labia Itchy And Sensitive?

my left inner labia is very itchy and there is a strip of skin on the inside that is extremely sensitive. also I have huge amounts of extremely clumpy discharge. Is this serious? should i go see a doctor or are there home remedies that can help me get ride of this?
