Why Is My Leg Swollen In The Calf Area?

My leg is swolen about 9" above the bottom of my foot.It goes all the way around my calf,Right where my calf muscle is.When I push on it with my finger,it leaves a dent.The viens seem to be a bluish color in a small area around it.Wfter the dent goes away there is a slight bruse in the area that I pushed on.No pain.I am 61 and I am not diabetic.I am in good health and do ride a bick each day,sometimes for long distances.
