HI, Normal endometrial lining before ovulation is 5 -7 mm. Your estimated ovulation is around 15-17 day of menses. In that case the thickness on 14 th day can not be taken as fully grown proliferative endometrium. It can attain normal thickness in another 3 days/ The same comes true for size of ovum. In case the maturity of ovum is delayed /hampered- it's due to certain hormone defeciensy, which can be set right by supplementation. Your IVF doctor must be judging all these parameters by ovulation study/hormonal assay. In case ovulation is regular/normal,there is possibility of natural conception. Thanks.
