Why Is My Lower Lip Turning White?

hi my lips suddenly got white color on my lower half of the lip. my skin color is black i have small light white color patch on my one of chin since child hood. i usually smoke and drink. is that the reason for turning my lower lip to white? is there any treatment?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here, I could say that you need to wait for some time or may be more time to see if the spot increases or not or does it appears any where, if you find something like this then you need to see the dermatologist, otherwise no need to worry about this, and if you are too much worried about this then you can have opinion form the skin specialist from now only, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
