Why Is My My Brother Experiencing Burning Sensation Behind His Neck?

Hi, I am asking this on behalf of my brother. He has been experiencing burning sensation behind his neck and the nape of his neck. His blood pressure is normal. Blood sugar and cholesterol level is normal. Dr said could be due to stress of high blood. No medication prescribe, and he still experiencing the symptoms describe above. What could be possibly wrong with him?

I have gone through your query. Your brother is having burning sensation only over the back of neck. And i assume there is no skin colour change or any lesion over that area. It can be any localised allergy and i advise him to apply Calamine lotion over that part.
If any change to the area like whitish or blackish happens, then picture of that will be helpful.
