Why Is My New Born Baby Getting Yellow And Green Stool?

My baby is 3 month old..she is getting yellow and green thin poop ..i am giving her enifol syrup still her motions are not in control..she pooped about 8 times since yesterday..pls suggest if this happened due to switching milk from similac to lactogen
