Why Is My Penis Swolen Has Wound Like Spots On It?

hi ive been with my partner for six weeks an sinngle for nine months b4 i have had on goin test for different std things as i have emdometriosis and have had a few op due to this!!!! My partner last week 5 weeks into relationship and his penis has gone swollen on the end an has 3 kind of stab wounds or spots!!!! I also have very low cirvic an womb an have got marine coil in this has never happened with me before an i was in 10 year relationship previous!!!! i am quite scared as i dont know who this is from me or him?????? :-(
