Why Is My Pulse Rate Fluctuating?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... ok I'm 25, 5'3, 31wks pregnant (3rd baby), 139lbs...... my blood pressure usually runs 120-130 over 70-80 but its been much lower the last few days 107/53 this evening but my pulse is 118? i feel very tired & get dizzy often, i know my body and i just dont feel right!? should i be concerned??

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These changes can be due to pregnancy itself due to increasing size of uterus. However get your hemoglobin tested once if it was low previously. Also have opened fluids to get rid of symptoms. Don't worry about BP and just keep monitoring it.
