Why Is My Right Testicle Smaller Than The Left One?

I am 27 years old, my right testicle is smaller than the left one, not even half of the left one. I got pain 7 years back in right testical, i did not go for checkup that time, then the size of the testical has become small. Recently, I took MRI scan it came as
1. Epididymitis on right side
2.Bilateral inguinal lymphadenopethy
3.Right epididymis appears thickened and edematous.
Doctor said its not a problem. i am going to marry next month, please tell me is there any problem in my right testicle

Hello
Thanks for query.
You have atrophied Rt testicle secondary to mostly viral infection of the testicle (Orchitis) that you had 7 years back .

The recent MRI shows infection of the Rt epididymis (Epididymitis) .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

As regards the size of the Rt testicle it is static and nothing can be done to increase the size of the testis .
