Why Is My Scrotum Always Tight ?

Hello! I have a VERY tight scrotum since about last 3 weeks. It started with pain in the left testicle. It felt like a muscle pull from my left testicle to left thigh. I could feel the muscle from my left testicle to left thigh. After that I have a very tight scrotum almost throughout the day. I know this is abnormal for my body because my testicles used to hang normal earlier. Also my penis has become a little soft and It doesn t erect completely. I mean it always bends forward a little. Also, my sexual feelings have reduced in this period too. Earlier I would normally have an erect penis even while I was sleeping, but now it isn t so. Edit: I also my feel that my testes are very soft. Is it normal? My details: Age- 22 Height- 5,4 Weight- 60 Thanks
