Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely fungal infection and irritation. For my patients with such cases i advise ointments with combination of clotrmazole or terbinafine with steroids like betamethasone.I also give fluconazole tab weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrance. It is also recommended to avoid hard soaps, and to use mild non irritating soaps for washing.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
