Why Is My Semen Not Coming Out After Climax?

Hi doctor, I have problem of semen not coming out after climax. This has started very recently as I had stone problem and doctor gave medicines for that. Since then i have this semen blockage problem. What should I do? Semen is not at all coming out.

Hello
This is caled retrograde ejaculation where the semen is going into your bladder instead of out your urethra. This could be because of your medications and if you need to continue on those, then a medication like Tofranil or ephedrine may help with the problem
