Why Is My Semen Quantity Less? Why I Don't Get Orgasm?

Am 31 years old, I feel that, i have an issue with not being able to have an orgasm, but do have an erection cannot ejaculate. but ejaculation is possible only when i do masturbation not during sexual inter cross and the outcome of sperm quantity is less.
What type of treatment is required to correct this problem.

You dot not ejaculate and get orgasm during intercourse where as getting orgasm and ejaculation while masturbating.This is mostly Psychological in nature due to some stress .

Spend more time in foreplay .This will help you to get adequate sexual stimulation and help to get ejaculation and orgasm

Taking Sildenafil as on demand will help to resolve the issue .
